Do you provide ongoing coverage, not just single shifts?
Yes. Ongoing and longer-term coverage is a core part of our work: growing order volume, backfills for leave or open roles, new locations and temp-to-perm.
Where do you staff pharmacies?
Pharmacies nationwide. Our pharmacy professionals go through license checks and exclusion list checks, among other reviews, to ensure they are qualified and vetted prior to assignment.
Can you promise coverage?
Nobody honestly can, because pharmacists choose the work they take. What we promise is a straight answer on whether we have someone, and a coordinator keeping you posted.
How does billing work?
You're billed for approved hours worked, invoiced on a set schedule and payable online by card or ACH. Your coordinator walks you through rates before any assignment starts.
Can a temporary pharmacist or tech become permanent?
Yes. Temp-to-perm is available when you find the right fit, and we also offer permanent placement. Your coordinator explains the terms up front.
Do you offer direct hire?
Yes. We offer direct hire (permanent placement) for pharmacy leadership roles such as directors of pharmacy, pharmacy managers and pharmacists-in-charge, as well as staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
